My name is Mikaela, I'm travel blogger and content creator! My brand focuses on unique, ‘hidden gem’ experiences while traveling. I have always found seeking out a more exclusive, off the beaten path style of travel to be the most rewarding. It’s very time consuming and often difficult to research and plan this type of boutique yet upscale traveling, so I started Wanderluxe to be a resource for like-minded travelers to achieve their desired type of travel. I have spent the last year engaging and building a trustworthy relationship with my audience on Instagram and my blog. Now, as an established source for finding and sharing notable hidden gems, I am focusing on building partnerships with destinations that I’m confident my audience will love and visit as well. Above all, I value mutually beneficial relationships with those I work with. I decided full-time travel is the best way to ensure I am providing my best to my audience and partnerships, which is why I recently moved out of my apartment in Chicago in pursuit of this.
